Silent Cry 

I’m only a kid and this is my wish
I hope that my daddy don’t find this
No one to talk to
No one to feel
The pain that I carry
Not able to heal
I love my mommy
I love my dad
But why does he hit her and make her sad?
The pain in her eyes and still stands tall
The tears that she cries
I’m still so small
Why must we live with all of this pain
With so much to lose, and little to gain
I want to be happy, I want to be free
To live like a kid, a family
No more screams, no more pain
With nothing to lose, and all to gain.
